Inkling: glitter & gold covered mini notebook

Glitter Covered Mini Notebook {homework} (10)
Sponsored PostEvery now and then you just need a little glitter in your life. And nothing brightens up a day more than gold glitter.

Glitter Covered Mini Notebook {homework} (7)I love making little notebooks to jot down reminders, to do lists and creative ideas.

Blog American Crafts GlitterThis little mini notebook was extra easy to make because I started with some pre-folded notecards that had somehow lost their envelopes. If you don’t have notecards lying around, just cut some paper and fold each piece in half. Stack your folded paper and use heavy duty tape to bind the spine. Cut a piece of pretty paper to cover the front and back of the notebook. Use a glue stick to adhere the paper and fold over the edge.

Glitter Covered Mini Notebook {homework} (8)Cover the heavy duty tape with glitter tape for an instant bound spine.

Glitter Covered Mini Notebook {homework} (9)Create a bookmark with a piece of embellished cardstock. Rounded edges on the bookmark give it a nice finish. A tassel made out of metallic twine adds even more sparkle.
