Celebrations: red bandana party favors

……………………………………………………………………

Big News:

I’m excited to announce my very first link party.
Please join me on Tuesday, June 7th and be ready to link up your projects. I’m looking for projects to feature and can’t wait to see what you’ve been up to.

Spread the news… Homework’s first link party on Tuesday, June 7th.

……………………………………………………………………

To wrap up a week of Red Bandana BBQ ideas, send your guests home with doggie bags and party favors.

I always tend to make too much food and love sending friends home with some of the goodies. Having Doggie Bags ready to go makes it easier to pack up food.

These are made out of large oversized lunch bags and a medium size Gladware food storage container fits perfectly inside the bag.

Party favors are fun to make and take. Keep the theme going to the very end with these little bandana hobo bags filled with mints or other candy.

To make these hobo bags, cut out a small square of red bandana fabric and fill with your goodies. Tie the square onto a stick or twig.

I hope you’ve enjoyed the week of Red Bandana BBQ ideas. And remember, if you don’t have time to make items like these for your get together, just keep it simple. The best part of a get together is having a great time with friends.

  1. Carolyn, I am madly in love with the whole bandana collection- I don't know how you do it, but your decorations look a million bucks, even though they are relatively simple to make. I couldn't have thought them up in 100 years, thanks for all the inspiration!
